It all started when…

GND Motors is a family-run business in London. I am the owner and Chief Mechanic - Petyo, I have a great passion for cars and more than 15 years of professional experience in the industry - in Bulgaria, Italy, and the UK. But the foundation of my knowledge and experience dates to when I was a child - cars and mechanical stuff is my true passion and I really love what I am doing.

GND Motors was officially established in 2014 in London, we only had a small garage with two ramps and only my uncle and I were working there. With time and through overcoming many difficulties, we found many regular clients who appreciated our work and decided we had to move to another bigger place.

At this point in 2016, I had already met my wife, Petya and we started a family and growing the business together. She supports the company in all administrative and marketing areas. We found a new workshop which looked really promising and would have let us develop our company further.

When everything was going well and according to our plan, we had already vacated our old place and were about to move to the new and nice workshop...It didn't work...It just didn't work...For many reasons, we couldn't take the new place which meant we had no workshop at all.

Ten months were necessary for us to find a new proper place. This was a time of great struggle, and we nearly gave up... Nearly!

Then, unexpectedly we found our current workshop and moved there in February 2018...The beginning was again though, we had lost a lot of contacts and customers for those 10 months. We needed more people to work in the workshop, but it was difficult to find them...

However, as we love what we do and have always known that this is our passion and this is what we are best at, we kept on through all the tough times so we can now provide our valued customers with high quality services in a big convenient workshop. And hopefully, through our work you will feel as passionate about your vehicles as we are.

In May 2019 we even won the Award in category Automotive Business of the Year at the First British-Bulgarian Business Awards.

In the beginning of 2022, we moved again - this time it was all well planned (but still stressful) to a much more modern unit with generous parking space so we can improve our working process even further.

Currently we are employing seven people and are glad that we have a team of great mechanics who also love what they are doing for a living.

In our workshop you will find state-of-the-art tools as we value the development of technology and like to offer our customers the best quality. We work with brands such as Snap-on, Mac Tools, Facom, Bosch, etc.

The company is based in West Thurrock, just outside of London, near the Lakeside shopping area with easy access from A13 and M25 motorways. Our garage is very spacious - about 9500 sq. ft. which allows us to work quickly and make sure every detail is properly done.
